After installing the approved kit in your car, you need to make sure that you carry the below-mentioned documents which will be submitted to the RTO office.

  • A valid registration certificate.
  • Copy of insurance.
  • CNG kit type you have installed in your car. Sequential or closed loop.
  • Pollution certificate.
  • Copy of invoice given by the CNG fitment centre along with the kit details.
  • Copy of authorization and approval letter from government approved CNG Retro Fitment Centres.
  • Notarized copy of address proof, PAN, and ID dox.
  • The checklist provided by the govt to the retrofitter.
  • Get a copy of the certification for the CNG cylinder from the dept. of Explosives.
  • You need to attach the photos of your CNG kit installed or layout in your car. You can take the top and side view.
  • Undertaking in the prescribed format provided by the installation Centre which confirms that you have installed the kit as per the approved layout and complies.
